There are some days you just need to vent…here is the place.

Whether it be a co-worker that got your “panties in a bunch” or you hate the new policy or technology that was put into place, it is ok to “get it off your chest”.

There are many institutions that encourage debriefing after traumatic incidents, codes and intense situations, but what about some less intense things that might be a big deal for the individual?

So, vent in a comment, send me an email, or become my friend on Facebook and send me an instant message. I believe in venting and supporting each other. Venting, sharing experiences both negative and positive are great for not only decompressing but for others to learn as well and become stronger medical professionals.

Lets have coffee…
